Assistant Manager — Coffee Shop

Running shifts, ordering, training new staff and keeping the standard high in a shop that gets very busy in the summer. You will have real input into the menu and the coffee programme.

Two years of hospitality experience including barista work. This is a good step towards managing your own place.
